Engineering Design

Responsibilities:
1. Engineering Design:
①. Design the layout of the new production line and optimized the layout of the existing production lines in order to reduce the area, shorten the step, and improve the cycle time, reduce the costs.
②. Continues improvement
●Improve the cycle time of the entire production line, synchronized the rhythms of the productions
●Setting up the quick change Mold (one-touch setup), to reduce the time of displacing the tools
●Improve production through sort management
●Fulfill One Piece Flow
●Establish Failure Modes database (FMEA),and achieve standard work flow.
Accelerate logistics efficiency, shorten the manufacturing cycle
●Promote the uniformity of the production lines, ensured the high efficiency of the production through 6S management
③. Review the feasibility analysis of the whole process fixture, confirm drawings and physical objects, optimize the existing fixture.
④. Implement the infrastructure and develope the detail implementation schedule.
⑤. Survey (debug) the new equipments’ engineering capability, track the causes and prevent the recurrence of the similar incidents
⑥.The prepare of new productions and the validation and the track of the production process
⑦.Attach myself to auditing the drawing of new productions,and appraise the feasibility of the manufacture process.
2. Manage the programs systematically, through the standard operational procedures, from debug applications to the production process during production.
3. Take charge to plan and analyse the process capability of new productions and calculate the monthly production capacity , add equipments duly through the monitoring of the production plan
4. Responsible for the management on TS16949 and audit of the internal department,find and remedy the leak of the production documents and the documents management timely.

Achievement :
1.2006 - 2007, responsible for production preparation plan of the new production of the engine ECU , improve the production line ,manage and release the production programmes.
2.2006/04, establish an automotive air conditioning product line from the layout to the production independently as planned within Japanese support
3.2006/09-2006/10, achieve inspection software optimization system into the engine control unit that allows production software to be operated long-distance (modify, release and backup), and improved the disordered purely man-made management, high risk of errors and low efficiency drawbacks.
4. 2007/07-present,achieve the transfer of five production lines, and neaten the production lines based on saving space and improving quality
5. Complete a manual of statement to the operation process including production preparation plan, the project capacity, for the purpose of standardizing the operation process, and educating the beginner.
6. Decrease the misjudgment rate of the product inspection month by month, collecte monthly production data, analyze the monthly trend of the misjudgment and survey the reasons, establish and manage the database of misjudgment for facilitating the timely data updating and data sharing.
7. Introduce VSS (Visual SourceSafe, software for the management of the documents’ versions) successfully.
